Diabolical service. I went to order I. The website and had 2 meals some doughnuts and an extra milkshake. I payed for the Oder and then checked the invoice to see how long it would take and it removed the doughnuts at checkout. I had even put allergy requests as my son can’t have mint and it was supposed to be the assorted collection of 9. I spoke to a waste of space called Julie who was basically making out like I was stupid and that I haven’t ordered any and no info on whether I could add them to my order. SHE WAS MEANT TO CANCEL the order but DIDNT!!!! When the food came I had asked for

I ordered a peri peri burger and specifically requested that it not be cooked on the machine. However, when I went to collect my order , it was still cooked on the machine. The staff’s attitude was very unpleasant. I highly recommend that you avoid this shop and save your money.

Timmy’s is hands down one of the best food spots in Cannock. Everything we ordered was spot on — the burgers were juicy and packed with flavour, the pizzas were fresh with loads of toppings, and the loaded fries were unreal. The chicken was crispy and perfectly seasoned, and even the sides like mozzarella sticks and onion rings tasted fresh and high quality. You can really tell they care about the food they serve.
