This is yet another time I promised myself not to come back here — and I really mean it now. One of the worst places I’ve visited. The service is incredibly slow — waiting 20 minutes for one order in an almost empty restaurant is just unacceptable. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared. You expect something tasty, and end up with quite the opposite… Such a disappointment. A total failure for a chain restaurant.

Lovely lady Shakila was absolutely brilliant! So kind and caring and hard working, always greeting customers and keeping the store immaculate and clean. She was so kind and asked us if we needed anything! We came back the day after before going home to see her! You are a star Shakila! ❤️

Quality of food as you'd expect from a McDonalds, perfectly adequate! Couldn't find a bin while we were sat eating. Wasn't about to wander the restaurant with a tray of rubbish, so left rubbish on table as tiddly as we could. Turns out bin is right by the exit... Suggest an extra bin further in the store.

The restaurant was clean. We had a lovely welcome from shakila who went above and beyond in helping us and making sure we had everything we needed. We went both days we were visiting and shakila was amazing. For the best experience, visit when shakila is on lobby.
