Great food. Nice ambience. Me and my friend was welcomed by a lovely lady, Gail. Her recommendations were great. It was my first time in wagamama and she was considerate enough to explain what to expect, what are the spice levels for different dishes and the drink she highly recommended was just exactly what I wanted. The main course portion is big. So do be mindful while ordering. My friend has tried their bao buns and gyozas, and mentioned they are good as well. Excellent meal at Wagamama cardiff central last night. The staff sat us quickly and were attentive which can be difficult at busy times in Wagamama! Excellent food and drink, albeit pricey which is to be expected these days. Atmosphere and music playing was at the right level :) Easy to park in John Lewis car park and walk in five minutes. Recommend downloading the app as I redeemed a free main last night, well worth collecting the stamps from previous visits. We tend to drop by here after a late finish in the office and despite how tired we come across, the staff are always cheerful! Our last visit saw us trying out the build your own donburi (rice bowl) which is a great concept. Yes it's not an authentic donburi but being able to pick what you like is a great option and it's still very tasty (not to mention a fair bit of food for the money). We also tried out the roti raisukare (roti and curry dipping sauce) which was also delicious and allowed me to switch up my donburi with a few spoonfuls of curry sauce.
