Carlisle - Rude and unhelpful Let's start of with the fact I am disabled and struggle to walk, this is obvious to even the most clueless person, I mean the wobble, being hunched over and with a crutch isn't obvious at all (rolls eyes). Costa Carlisle city centre branch appears to have managed to employ someone (no name badge, dark hair and maybe had one or two too many sugars in her coffee) that sadly falls below this level. That or the Scottish accent made her screw her face up at me. I attended with my 8 year old daughter and our dog, a very short walk for me which still causes me a lot of
