I ordered the tuna melt with a side of yummy chips and rocket leaves. Also added on a bowl of delicious carrot soup. And an OG smoothie juice. It was delicious ! Service was also excellent and attentive. I especially love their social media ticker 🤣

Great little cafe. We were welcomed by the friendly staff as we entered and seated very quickly. There wasn't a separate vegan/vege menu; however menu could be adapted which was great. We had the breakfast and 2 coffees. Overall we were pleased! If you want a nice atmosphere and vegan options, please come here. Coffee was great too!

Lovely staff, very friendly. Nice decor, but unfortunately the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The eggs were crispy golden brown underneath (considered a perfect fried egg to some), yet the yolk had a snotty texture (wife's egg). My egg yolk was borderline fully set. (We did mention this to the young lady when she asked if everything was okay and were asked if we wanted another egg, but unfortunately we were driving and had limited time, and at that point, disappointment had set in.) I always like to try supporting independent cafes when visiting new places and after lots of research I decided to try Foxes Cafe Lounge when passing by Carlisle. My main reasons being they're dog friendly and the menu looked really good. The place has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere, the saff were lovely and very accommodating with any diatery requirements. When the waiter brought our drinks, he also brought a couple of treats for my dog, which was such a lovely gesture! We both ordered the silly goose, which looked and tasted amazing! Overall would 100% recommend!
