The friary is very hit and miss lately. It’s either delicious or soggy leaving a bad taste in your mouth. The delivery is extremely slow. Deliveries are never on time the worst was tonight I placed and had acknowledged an order at 17.22. I rang at 18.40 to see where it was and it hadn’t even been prepared. It arrived at 19.00. I don’t know whether they asked someone to do the delivery quickly it as a well dressed girl with children in the car delivered it. The Excuse given was we’re very busy. Used to a very long wait for an in shop order, but last night was a new record. 35 minutes wait from ordering to receiving my order. Young girl doing the wrapping looked like she was in a coma, and I watched a customer return with a wrong order, to be met with a couldn't care less attitude. Staff look like they really don't care. Never will I be back. A couple of times a week, at £25 per order won't hurt them, but my custom will be appreciated elsewhere.

Well this picture shows it all i looked at this and thought what is this? The time to wait on delivery i nearly cancelled and got else where Everything else we got was fine not difficult pasty sausages onion rings & chips I would like your opinion on the picture and guess what the order is supposed to be

Honestly I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the food, seems some people have but I have not, best goujons about IMO. However in the last year the portion sizes have become a disgrace most of the time but tonight’s the final straw for me. £7.25 for only what is in this photo. Won’t be back
