Excellent experience at The Bakery. A wonderful place for fresh pastries, quality baked goods, and a relaxing coffee break. The selection was impressive, with delicious cakes, breads, sandwiches, and sweet treats all beautifully presented. Everything looked freshly made and tasted high quality. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Service was quick and professional, even during busy times. The bakery was clean, modern, and inviting, making it a lovely place to sit or take something to go. Prices were fair for the quality offered

In spite of review on trip adviser this is not a dog friendly cafe. New to the area, I wanted to try out what is clearly a hallowed local institution. I was on my own with dog. I understand the no dog rule in the bakers shop but it was the same for the cafe. This has outdoor seating but you have to go inside without dog to order. Also the rain clouds were gathering so I had to give up the idea of trying out their food. I bought a couple of cakes to take out. I have not marked the place down. They wouldn’t be fair. Dog owners just need to know.

Extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the premises was below an acceptable standard, particularly the condition of the ceiling. The service was poor, and I found the staff's attitude dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Best Bakery Ever! The sourdough is the best you can get here. Even the breakfast food are marvellous! This is my favourite place in Carshalton Beeches. It has a very friendly atmosphere.
