This restaurant is terrible. The food preparation is very slow; they only do takeaway first,the soda machine was broken, and haven't had a milkshake machine for over a month,also saying it was broken. The hygiene is appalling; every toilet stall is flooded with filth and has never been cleaned. Furthermore, the garbage cans are overflowing and completely unattended. This branch is the worst-managed in the area. I never want to patronize this restaurant again.

Ordered the Wagyu Wellington burger which Burger King claims is their gourmet burger. However, the burger I received was quite underwhelming, especially considered the price of this burger. The meat was flame grilled to the point it was almost cremated… it tasted bitter and dry. Unfortunately, there’s not enough sauce to save it. Compared to the photo in advertisement, the amount of toppings was a bit uninspiring and I can’t say it was enjoyable. I appreciate the team at Burger King was busy on a Sunday night, but I’m not sure if what I received was a true representation of this gourmet burger

Been here a few times and its always very quiet yet the service is still shockingly slow. We pre ordered online for collection and when we turned up we were still asked to park up and the food would be brought out to us. Sat there for almost 10 mins despite the fact that it was dead and we ended up going back in the store to ask how much longer it would be! To top it off they missed off an innocent drink from the kids meal, and my burger was cold in the middle. Avoid this place like the plague the staff are completely incompetent.

Restaurant and staff are great, but if you stay more than 90mins or you go to Lidl afterwards to get a bit of shopping and exceed 90mins you will get a parking fine ! How is 90 minutes long enough for a car park that is shared between 2 establishments, one of which is a 'restaurant' where you don't want to be rushed !! They need to put some pressure on Lidl, the owners of the car park, to extend the length of stay. Until then, go elsewhere...
