Horrible experience. I’m recovering after an operation and hadn’t been able to eat properly for a week, so I ordered food hoping for something simple and fresh. When the order arrived, there was mold on my burger. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. And honestly, this isn’t the first issue with this place. Almost every time I order, something is wrong — items missing, food arriving cold, or burgers burned. But mold on food is on another level. That’s a serious food safety problem. I usually get an Iced Caramel Frappe from here, I’m no genius but I’m not sure they’ve blended it properly. Can’t even sip it. It would be ideal if they provided a hose pipe to suck through it. Another point, no one is ever at the till when I get there. There are people in the kitchen that see me and don’t come over to take my order. There have been times where I’ve been stood at the till for around 5 minutes with my order still not being taken. Avoid this shop!!!!! Nothing is done correctly here. In our order, a Big mac, double filet-o-fish, 3 iced drinks, ShakerFried should be included. Instead, single filet-o-fish, and cokes are delivered and no Big Mac!

This particular restaurant treat people like criminals for saying they want to only pay for their food once (and I wish I could say that that particular scenario had only happened this once). When I remarked out of despair that this is the only McDonald's that I have issues with, they said "Why do you come then?" - very good question, and you can believe I won't again! When I finally got my food (having paid twice - they promise l'd me I'd get my money back, but I was charged twice - and they expect me to return to the restaurant to ask for my money back), it wasn't even the correct order, b
