Went to Chatham this morning and popped into this cafe which was busy during our stay. Staffs were friendly and trying to get engage with customers however, I requested coffees in take away cups but served differently. Ordered a panini but did not arrived for half an hour and had to remind. I appreciate that the member of staff realised she forgot my order and offered a cookies as a gesture which I accepted. Anyway, good place to have a cuppa and socialise.
