Ezra Buckman★Usually have a good experience at black sheep so I didn’t trust the review rating of 3.9. Got an iced latte and an iced americano. Coffee was un-drinkable and the 2 cubes of ice they put in did not make for a good drink.
LMA★My experience was unsatisfactory. ☕ There were insects on the bakery items, and the server exhibited indifference when informed. 😠 Her response to a comment about cleanliness was dismissive. This establishment's hygiene and service are concerning. 👎 zero customer service. Zero care. Zero repeat customers. Zero intelligence. Zero stars. Coffee zero issues surprisingly, good Beans.

Simona S★★We had to wait 30min for 4 waffles , one coffee, 1 smoothie and 2 juices in a bottle. The waffles were small, and to be honest not tasty at all. The pistachio coffee was nice the rest not so much. I wouldn't go back.
