Black Gold is my favourite café in town! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service, even during busy periods. I absolutely love this cafe. It is the hidden gem in Cheltenham, from the coffee to the cakes. From the moment you walk in the to the moment you leave the atmosphere is amazing especially the service received by the staff. I would like to share the best experience that I had with Black Gold coffee shop. I actually forgot a Primark bag with new set of clothes and the Lady in the shop was really kind enough to keep it safe (looks like she had even tried to search for us in the evening) and I went to check on the next day morning and got it safe - even the day before she was kind in explaining all the syrup varieties they had in the shop.. thank you so much that means a lot..! ✨👍👍👍
