This restaurant lives upto it's excellent rating IMHO. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is very good, but the open plan made it a little bit noisy on a busy weekend evening. We had 11 small plates between 4 of us. We really enjoyed most of them - the crispy chicken was not as good as the other dishes we tried - scallops, lamb, fish, celeriac, hispi cabbage, focaccia, beef carpaccio - which were all excellent. We had the cheese board, but there wasn’t much on it. We also ordered two roast beef dinners and specifically requested the beef to be well done. However, when they arrived, the meat was still red, so the waiter took both meals back. We were left with the gravy, which had gone cold by the time our dinners were returned. The Yorkshire pudding was also very hard and overcooked. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience, and we were quite disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon for Rhythm and roast on Sunday. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was honestly amazing! We celebrated a friends birthday and the owner very kindly bought our friend a drink over. The entertainment jukebox live was 1st class and great fun 🤩 we will 💯 be booking again asap.
