The worst experience I've ever had was in Nottingham; it used to be good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for your response and for taking the time to understand our experience. We found the o-tokuda on google, and it is as good as all the reviews we read. We had the all you can eat menu for £23.95 and didn’t know quite what to expect. Amazing, within minutes the food was served, freshly cooked, delicious. Better than expectation. Additional dishes were also served within minutes, piping hot and freshly cooked. We came in here for a spontaneous date night. We arrived at 7:30pm but was asked to come back at 8pm due to the restaurant being busy, so we did. We got seated and given some complimentary prawn crackers. I had an espresso martini as they had a cocktail menu which are £7 each or 2 for £12. We had the buffet and ordered 2-3 items each and about 3-4 rounds as we didn't want to overdo it or waste. The staff came and took our orders and asked if we wanted more food which was good. We had dinner on Thursday for my birthday and it was amazing. Service is fantastic and everyone is very nice. Customer service perfect! Atmosphere was really calm and great if you want to have a conversation. Price for the all you can eat is very good and we ordered as many times as we wanted. Desserts are not included but they are awesome 🤩 we will definitely come back soon and I think I want to try something from the a la carte menu!
