Went for food shopping and visited the toilet upstairs near the men’s department. Oh.. the stench .. it was horrendous. I wonder how often they clean the toilet. Please… M&S .. you can do better for your customers. Toilet paper were strewn onto the floor. The cleanliness is worse than the public toilet near the car park.

A few weeks ago I bought some items in the food hall at the Chichester branch. On leaving I tripped over some baskets and I had cut my leg. A member of staff called Kevin (First aider) came over to assist. He cleaned my wound and took great care of me. Amelia who was by the tills arranged for my shopping to be replaced including the bag as the soups I purchased had spilt everywhere. I would just like to say a huge thank you to both Kevin and Amelia for their extremely professional help, they were kind and reassuring and really looked after me.
