I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was handled so poorly that I feel I need to say something. I was served mouldy bread with my meal. Sadly I didn’t realise for the other 2 toasts. When I pointed it out to the first server, the response was very dismissive “oh, sorry” while walking away. The manager said ,“I’m not going to charge you for the bread, but if you don’t want to pay for the rest of the meal, it’s your choice you can just walk away.” This made the situation awkward as it wasn’t a straightforward “I’m sorry, the meal is on the house.” I then went to the ti
