Food was nice and hot this time considering its so busy,its just the set up they got. If your ordering through drive thru and like I stated just now when its busy they ask you to park. Well I feel for the staff that have to bring it out as they are searching all across the car park to get people's orders to them. By the time the person is found the food be cold,lucky I was standing outside the car and asked the lady if it was my order by telling her what I had ordered other than that she looked really worn out bless her.

Staff are very rude/unhelpful, had poor quality food multiple times and made me wait 45 mins in car park for food. If they ask you to park up I would advise to wait at window, or you will be driving around car park looking for a space for 20 minutes. At least I recieved a medium coke as compensation for close to an hour wait (after staff denied I had ordered, which then I had to prove by showing reciept). Thank you for having such poor quality/service I will choose to eat healthier now.

I no longer dine at McDonald's on a regular basis, but when I do is to try the new burger or when the big tasty is available. The staff at Morriston McDonald's are very friendly and always make an effort. There is an issue where local teenagers unsupervised are disrupting customers experience.
