Shaz Mc (Shaza)★★★★★I wanted to say thank you again to the manager I think it was Evan I ordered on the app for a delivery and the driver didn’t deliver and said he did and I couldn’t contact them.he sat on the phone helping how he could got his own app up on his phone to try help me as the app wasn’t working as I couldn’t find my past orders. He then said I could come down to get another meal made up fresh he was so kind and helpful this was not the restaurants fault and he still made sure he sorted it out

Phoned up for a refund and all I got was a I’m sorry they shouldn’t be like that Update ordered from this same McDonald’s and they forgot a double cheeseburger straws and dips how hard is it to train your staff to double check a order every single time I order something missing it’s as if they do it on purpose
Kt I★Cold food delivered with hairs in the burger, was given spicy nuggets instead of plain. Only got a refund for the nuggets. Drive through is no better.
