Complete joke of a mcdonalds not only was my order wrong 3 happy meals not 1 of them the right order but 1 of the delivery staff was reversing into a space when my partner was trting to get my 4 year out of the car and wouldn't wait 2 minutes no respect at all for kids safety. Also had 1 of your members of staff walking out infront of car's not looking atall taking food to people cars the place is a joke I will not be back to the coatbridge 1 because this isn't the first time stuff like this has happen Place is run by children

I went to the drive thro tonite just before 6pm and didn’t get my food until 6.45pm because my order, which I had paid for,had been lost!! However the young man who was delivering food to those waiting for orders in the car park, was extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. Tonite he was the only positive outcome from my visit, and should be given a bonus for his exemplary customer service. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he had dark hair and glasses and was on shift on Sat 17 Jan 2026 at 6.30pm

Absolute terrible service consistently. Never anyone at the front desk to get served and you have to shout on someone or you would wait for ages. Never any napkins available, no condiments available and have to wait an age for someone to appear at the desk to ask for some, always run out of butter for the pancakes as my daughter doesn't like the syrup. The list could go on & on & on. This McDonald's is never a FAST food restaurant.

We ordered through just eat and got 3x 20 chicken nuggets which should come with the 12 sauces we selected. No sauces were included. 3 of those were chili sauce which we paid an additional £3 for which is like ridiculous anyways. And the spicy chicken nuggets and the normal ones litterally taste the same.
