Came here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Unfortunately despite requesting them to make it extra special for him, they did not even bother to acknowledge the occasion or even wish him happy birthday- disappointing!! The waitress who seated us was considerate of the fact that we had a baby. Food took a little while to arrive but was good- really enjoyed my chicken salad. Asked one waitress for the bill and for the next 10mins she proceeded to serve other people so then asked another waitress for the same thing. Good food, disappointing service!

The food here is always excellent and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Service can take a little time, but it’s well worth the wait for the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere. They’re especially amazing when it comes to birthdays and the special pastry with “Happy Birthday” written on it is such a lovely touch!
