One of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. The chicken was raw, so I sent it back, and they returned with two different pieces from what I originally ordered. The lady said they had just changed the oil, which is why the chicken wasn’t crispy. I was really looking forward to trying the new KFC — very disappointing indeed.

Had a delivery tonight through Uber eats for the first time ever. We called just to ensure that the order is done right not because of KFC but we have had bad experiences with delivery drivers & food else where not turning up right. A lady called natalie answered the phone and she was absolutely amazing at helping she went out of her way to ensure the order was done correctly and packed it herself also added cookies in for the little ones in there box as they don't like bear yoyos. The delivery was perfect and the food arrived spot on probably the freshest food we have ever had delivered. The
