Only once my lunch was amazing So fresh and perfect Other then that it is shit I observe waiting 15 min for one chicken sandwich. When I asked when because 15 min it is not fast food I heard complaints from employees that they have other things to do because kitchen Is busy. Ok so what I get … cold sandwich what was laying down for 10nim And other 37 was taking fresh and I was waiting for 32 This McDonald seams to be shit as other Opinion Shame .

If I could give zero stars then even that would be too many! I was asked to park up due to waiting for fries, then roll on 20 minutes and still nothing. I went inside where staff were stood around doing nothing in the kitchen area just chatting, and although they’d noticed me, I was ignored. I finally shouted over, and they hadn’t a clue about my food… yet there it was sat in the fries warmer. It was passed to me without even a simple apology, and they just walked off. The manager was useless and didn’t even acknowledge me, although she was the one who’d parked me up! Maybe some customer servi

Never wrote a review for Maccies before but I took my 2 boys here at Congleton for lunch today and they had the best time. They had a crafting table that one of their staff members had set out and she was also making animal balloons. She was amazing with all the children there. She even kindly offered to entertain my eldest by making him a star out of crafty pipe cleaners whilst I took my youngest to the the toilet. They have both not stopped talking about her. Just order my breakfast spent Spend 17 pound with delivery. For pancake, 3 Hash brown For my daughter, it doesn’t come with Maple Syrup. My daughter Not touch pancake at all with out it. very disappointed
