I recently had a really good experience shopping at Morrisons Consett that honestly stood out compared to other supermarkets. I went in just for a few essentials, but ended up doing a fuller shop because everything felt easy to find and well organised. What made the visit especially good was the reduced section I managed to pick up fresh items at a much lower price, which really helped me stay within my budget without compromising on quality. It felt like there were always little bargains if you took your time to look.

The gas was off so was a limited menu. Which wasn’t an issue. My partner and I ordered food from the limited menu to then be told (with attitude) “we can’t do the veggie breakfast because they would have to put stuff in the oven” the way the staff spoke to my partner was disgusting as was the food that arrived 10 minutes later. Mushrooms looked like they had been cooked two days ago, I found a hair in my beans and the bacon looked like it had spent its life under a heat lamp
