I’m really disappointed with my recent order. This was my first time ordering, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. I ordered two chicken rice boxes, but one of them was missing the fries completely. On top of that, the food arrived cold, which made it even worse. The rice was overly salty and not enjoyable at all. We only managed a few bites before having to throw the rest in the bin, which is such a waste of money. Overall, very poor quality and service. Missing items, cold food, and bad taste definitely not a good first impression. I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered lamb chops from Peppers and they arrived overcooked to the point of being burnt. The outside was charred and the flavour was very bitter, making them difficult to eat. This was disappointing, especially given the price. I hope the restaurant improves consistency in the kitchen.

I used to order from here regularly but tonight I ordered a mild peri peri panini, it came with tempura chicken in it, like the frozen crap. I can’t eat it as I’m allergic to the batter so that my food ruined. I’ve tried to call but can’t get through to anyone so just sitting here hungry with the wrong inedible food

Absolute 5-star experience! The munch box and panini were both incredible—perfectly prepared, packed with flavor, and great portion sizes. The front-of-house staff are incredibly welcoming, and a special shoutout to the manager, Hamza, who runs a fantastic, efficient ship and ensures excellent service. You can also tell the kitchen team is top-tier; Kartik and the back staff do a brilliant job getting the food out fresh, hot, and spotless. Highly recommend this place if you want great food and brilliant service🦦
