The person serving appeared not to be able to use the till correctly, if he was new and a trainee there should have been someone supervising him. There was a larger queue when we arrived and when we left. We should have checked the order before leaving as one of the burgers was incorrect but didn’t think to do so as orders in past had been ok. The person who was then getting the order ready initially put our ours on a tray ,but we were a take-out order and they only looked when I pointed this out, when she then put the items in the bag both large fries were spilt over the tray, SHE DID NOT OFF

We had two Philly Cheese Angus meals from the drive thru and the burger was absolutely 10/10 delicious. Chips were really good too. It actually tasted as good as it looks in the pictures. Yum! 😋

Why is this place always closed early it’s 9 o’clock on a Monday night and it says they don’t close until 11pm which is not true at all because we pulled up to Burger King and even before we got the chance to even park or go though the drive through the manager came to the door and said and gestured over to us that they were closed. I just want to know why this is.

Went in and used the loos - the worst toilets I’ve ever been in! Couldn’t even use the usual ones and had to use the disabled toilet. Order a whopper with no mayo, no onion and no pickle with added cheese as well, alongside a bacon double cheese XL. Received two whoppers with Mayo and pickle on and no cheese! I cannot eat mayo so literally just ate my chips and houllimi fries and my partner ended up eating the wrong burger! Paying £30 to not get the correct food and be unable to eat is extremely disappointing. Do not think I will be back.
