Usually have no issue with burger city. Staff are very nice and good customer service. But the Pakistani guy was flipping rude. I called and asked the price of ONE thing. He argued for 40 secs saying go on “the google and look at menu and call me I can’t tell you prices of the menu I’m too busy” I told him repeatedly the Google menu isn’t open (I have screenshot and showed him too) and he kept repeating same rubbish. Walked in and says “I can’t be on the phone it’s too busy look at all the customers”- there was 4 customers. Embarrassing and an absolute joke of a man. the rest of the staff are

Great Halal place for takeaways (can eat in too) and their family deals are a bargain! Decent prices and service is very quick. I ordered a party box and I was only waiting about 10 mins. Burgers were cooked very well, wings were crispy, chips were a good portion and everything was made fresh. Great value for money- only paid £26 for 10 burgers, 12 wings, 4 portions of chips and a big drinks bottle!

Wanted to try out a decent smash burger so thought I'd check this place out. First thing that struck me was how the decor needed a huge face lift. It didn't look great, was very basic and could do with a lot more tlc. Next up was the service which was pleasant enough though perhaps the member of staff who served me could do with a little more training as she was unable to answer a basic question of mine. The burger I ordered wasn't bad though next time I think I'll go for the beef patty on its own as opposed to the chicken beef combo that I had. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the

Chicken wasn't fresh at all when I clearly asked for fresh chicken, meaning we didn't eat the chicken since it was also cold even though it was supposingly fresh as a female + male staff member told us. When confronted the male staff member was giving attitude to me and my daughter and made us feel uncomfortable so we left because of the unsafe atmosphere.
