Absolutely unacceptable and misleading. The menu presentation is deceptive. I ordered a plate of boneless chicken thighs; the menu image clearly shows the dish served with peas and mash. What arrived was only the chicken thighs. See the photos When I raised this with the manager, instead of acknowledging the issue, they argued that the sides were not mentioned in the text description. That does not justify using a misleading image that creates clear and reasonable expectations for the customer. This is a deceptive scamming trade practice. I refused the food on principle.
