Hello, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order. I ordered a Whopper meal through Uber Eats, and instead of receiving what I paid for, I was sent a Vegan Chicken Royale. This is not even close to what I ordered. I did not choose a vegan option, and I certainly did not expect to receive a completely different sandwich. This mistake ruined my meal and wasted both my time and money. After waiting for my food, opening the bag to find something entirely wrong was incredibly upsetting. This level of carelessness is unacceptable from a company as large as Burger King. Customers

I woke up with a crazy desire for Bk, I chose one that was close to a place that I had to buy and I took the opportunity to eat a hamburger, when I got there I spent about 5 minutes with my Bk app because I had points and I wanted to change, it turned out that when I got to The cashier told me that I cannot use the points because they do not have a scanner, ok I chose the food and paid for it, i did not accumulate points with that consumption or use the points that I already have.
