Very big branch, one of the biggest I've visited. They have tons of seats next to a windows which is great idea and can help with all the traffic they mostly experience here. Clean but visited very late, barely any customers. Food was ok, patty was slightly crispy which I enjoyed.

HORRIBLE MANAGER!, he took his name tag off but said his name is Samil Mohammed (don’t know how true that is). For every order I have placed at McDonalds Cricklewood, absolutely NONE have ever arrived complete. On this particular day I was sick, placed an order and followed up with a phone call to pls ensure my order arrived complete, but no it didn’t and then the manager was so rude on the phone absolutely no empathy. He only cared about refunding my money. He even smirked when I arrived at the restaurant and refused giving me the missing item because he said I spoke rudely to him. WHAT AN EX

I have ordered delivery from this facility and I received a wrong order! They sent me a regular Big Tasty meal instead Double Big Tasty Meal. Also I ordered one more Big tasty without onion and I received a burger WITH onion and without lettuce. I have thrown away it as I have an intolerance for onion 🫣 customer service is so poor - they offered me refund just £3! Just for one burger. What’s a shame!

Ordered thru Mcdelivery a Philly Cheeseburger meal with Large Coke and Large fries but the food bag came with a missing large fries. So I have to go thru a customer support from Uber who did a good job of triggering a partial refund request, because mcdonalds app only have useless bots in their online customer service. Such an anticlimactic dinner.
