Great tapas restaurant in Crouch end. Reasonable prices, fresh seafood and very well made grub. The Lamb skewers and Crispy Pork Belly were divine… Come here on a Summers evening for Boquerones and a bottle of wine, you’ll be transported to the Costa Del Sol.

My friend is GF and very fussy... so I googled the best gf/allergy places in crouch end. Bar Esteban came second in the list and we previously went to Spain and he had the happiest meal there (Osuna). It was a mixture of 'please no more sushi' and I adore sushi, his dietary requirements and my birthday. So I called to check on the way that allergies were managed. Both times the staff were really considerate, checking with chef and emailing over the allergy menu. And responded to my email swiftly. Third time back and it’s amazing every time. Food is spectacular. My ultimate favorite has to be the Gambas and courgette flower. Would also recommend the cheesecake! My photos do not do the food justice as we dug in too early and ate most before I got to take a picture. In this particular visit, we had a lovely waiter called Xavier who made our night! Can’t wait to go back.
