I'm not a regular at Maccies but came today with my Grandson. The staff were 2nd to none and created such a lovely atmosphere. From the security staff on the door to the man cleaning the tables and giving out character masks. The lady with Mr tumbles attached to her leg letting the children talk in the mega phone. I've never known a McDonald's restaurant to be so well looked after. It was actually entertaining and so pleasant. My Grandson had a great time.

Terrible organisation. Maccas where you keep forgetting how dreadful the service is that you should boycott it..today after another shocking cicrus to get a fast food meal. I will remember and won't return..use the one on queens drive its far better

I used the drive through to order so can't comment about the inside. Staff at the pay window and staff at the collection window are always professional, polite and personable. Service with a smile, and they always say hello to my fur baby ☺️

I would give 0 stars but it wouldn't give me the option too. Paid for an order through uber. Nearly £40 pounds after working a long day. Food turned up, absolutely uneatable! It had been held in a pan for as long as god has been dead! The “arch” burger wasn’t an arch, it was a burnt, shrivelled up piece of chard meat between two barms!! Not the example you want to give to a newly launched burger. The “senior” manager in charger wasn’t any help after being hung up on from a colleague who was rude. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. Going to call the EHO and maccies to investigate it further.
