Had lunch today, Party of 2. Ordered the festive menu - £20 - complementary snack, main + starter or dessert. Looked good. Both us decided to have the menu. Exciting times. We were told that we could only have one complimentary dish per table. However. If we'd come in and sat at different tables, ordered solo we'd be able to. Mind blowing - isn't it! Our server, DEE, what a super star and professional, went to get the manager. Super good bloke said it's the way the computer system was set up. Wrong answer. I usually really enjoy this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered through Deliveroo and unfortunately found a hair in my food along with a crushed cheesecake. Despite sharing photos and speaking with Deliveroo, I didn’t receive a refund. Be cautious when ordering from here.
