Absolutely shocking experience at Frankie & Benny’s — easily one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. The food was an absolute mess. The burger looked like it had been thrown together with zero care, drowning in sauce and falling apart. Everything on the plate looked sloppy, overcooked, and completely unappetising. Definitely not what you expect when you’re paying over £50. To make things worse, the condiments on the table were out of date — the mustard bottle clearly showed an expired date. That’s basic hygiene and completely unacceptable. Makes you wonder what else is being ignored

We were greeted lady who sat us at a table, Ollie our waiter was excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. He made our dining experience so much better. I had Cobb salad with chicken, really fresh and tasted great. My so had BBQ chicken burger with sweet potato fries, again very nice. Food was hot, place was clean, staff were really nice, despite being busy! Thanks.

Had a lovely time at Frankie & Benny’s tonight. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size. We were served by a new waitress—I think her name was Kira—and she did a great job. Can’t fault the place at all, 10/10 to everyone.

A lovely meal with excellent service. The Calizza was my choice and I recommend this different dish which combines a Calzone on one ½, and the other ½ a pizza. Finished with a yummy cheesecake. Thank you Frankie and Benny's for the flexibility with menu options to make an autistic friendly cheeseburger. Great to see the gluten free options for my wife to make this a more inclusive family dining experience.
