last night on the way to McDonald’s I’ve never been so disappointed in my whole life should’ve checked it. That was my bad but when I got home it was presented to me like this. My girlfriend was pissed so she threw in the bin. It’s what about 10ish. I thought it would be more presentable for fast food joint not a happy customer 😞🤬

Excellent experience for five of us on a Saturday lunchtime on our way from Nottingham to Bromley. Nice greeting and offer to help from the lady on duty. Food was hot and promptly delivered to our table. Tables were clean and toilet facilities were also of a high standard. Parking spaces were at a premium but we found one. Overall, a pleasing visit and would certainly be happy to use again.

Tryed This to use the drive-through today. Told to park up and they'll bring food to us. Waited 25 minutes. They missed our order Will definitely avoid this Drive-through in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received last night. Half our order was completely missing and what did arrive was freezing cold, not just lukewarm but genuinely cold as if it had been sitting out for ages. When your paying for a full family meal this is unacceptable My children were especially upset because their happy meals didn’t include any toys at all. For kids atleast that’s a big part of the experience and seeing how disappointed they were was incredibly frustrating.
