Pretty SUBstandard service. Ordered a pick up more than half an hour but wasn’t ready, had to wait for them to prepare while I waited.They literally do not know how to make a good sub with very little salad top up added.

Well well well, on a tuesday evening at 8:54 i was refused service by the poor manager that DENIED me service. Absolutely unacceptable i needed a cookie to brighten me evening and he stopped this. Sultan was extremely helpful though he deserves a raise.

Absolute disgrace of a place. Terrible service by one of the workers (took 10+ minutes to make the sub and then burned it) and then what I can only assume was an angry relative started screaming and shouting at me saying I couldn’t get a refund and I had wasted their food. I think she thinks she’s the manager but doesn’t dress or act accordingly. I’ve never been spoken to in such an aggressive manner before. The place was full of smoke after they burnt my sub and then they were looking at me whispering whilst doing another one. I’d given this restaurant another chance because I was on my break

Ordered on just eat & my whole sub was rotten. The bread looked like someone had been poking their fingers in it, the lettuce was literally rotting & the chicken had hard bits of fat in every bite. Bare gross subway fix up & look sharp.
