We were greeted by Ethan, he was welcoming and made our drinks perfectly. The last couple of visits we had to our local Starbucks - Folkestone who had not given the same services and had not made the drinks to the best quality. Thanks for making our visit pleasurable Ethan!

Floor, tables and chairs have food and sugar sachets on them. Toilet was really grim. No toilet paper, tiny trickle of water from the tap and hand dryer that just constantly switched on and off. Felt very unhygienic. Served quickly and drinks were fine (although stupidly expensive now) but staff stood chatting to each other the whole time I was there when they could have been sorting out the mess. Such a shame as went there a couple of years ago and completely different experience from today which is why I returned there. However, I will not be going there again.

Enjoy the coffee on a regular basis . Staff very friendly & great atmosphere , not too noisy , good background music - but please , if you are going to allow dogs into the shop ( nothing against dogs _love them ) please tell owners not to allow them on the seating . We couldn't sit in the window as seats were covered in mud & dog hair .

Nice place to go for a drink and a snack. Very open but not overwhelmingly big at all. Usually quiet, unlike the Costa opposite. Love that it accepts dogs, as my family like to go in there after a beach walk with our cocker spaniel. Recommended for a nice casual drink, and food selection is also pretty good, although lacking some essentials like gingerbread.
