Last Saturday, I visited McDonald’s and was served by two Asian boys—one of whom was a manager, and the other had a slit in his eyebrow. They were both extremely polite and provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in Birmingham. I truly appreciated the excellent service.

I was a bit unsure about eating here looking at the other reviews but it was very clean, including the bathrooms, the staff were all friendly and the food was hot. It's also quite nice inside (looks like it's been freshly renovated). No complaints at all

Currently sat in the newly refurbished branch and it is shocking. Waited 20 minutes for food to come out cold and missing items. No staff in sight and absolutely freezing in here with no heating on! No receipt was given from the self serve machine, the ketchup machine wasn't working and the lock on the disabled toilet door doesn't work - so much wrong here. Selly Oak is much better, won't come again

Friday night comes around and its take out night maccies it is, we went in the drive thru to ordered my main big was the new double big mac meal with the new cards got all the way home to find my big mac was plain with noting on it apart from the burger and bun like come on the mini egg mc fluffy was also plain and the cards missing and no receipt for any of it, so back up I went to explain my problems and got told no receipt cant do anything.
