Served by a lovely bubbly blonde woman who gives the place such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. She took the time to listen to my order properly and couldn't do enough for me. Her customer service really stuck with me today, so much so I had to write a review. If you get chance to read this I hope you realise you are a wonderful person and an absolute credit to this Starbucks. X

Filthy coffee shop !!!! Dirty tables not being cleaned ! I know it’s a busy time but you pay enough for Starbucks. Toilets are filthy , toilet seats missing . More staff needed for clearing tables . Coffee was ok .

I came this morning before my first shift at a store in Frenchgate! The 2 ladies in the morning were lovely and considerate. They left a kind message that I saw on my cup later that morning which made me smile. I didn’t catch their names however thank you very much! 🩷

No toilets, 3 staff members to busy sorting out displays or on their mobile to serve me promptly. Had to wait for my drink for a while, whilst the 1 staff member did want to work had to serve then make the drinks.
