Chris Cliff★Visited The Old George in Doncaster today on one of the hottest days of the year and got refused service because I was wearing sports shorts. Apparently football shirts are fine and women barely wearing anything is acceptable, but shorts are where they draw the line? Absolutely ridiculous. The place is half empty most of the time and it’s not hard to see why. Run down pub with genuinely stupid rules and zero common sense.

Andrew Nell★★★★The Old George pub has been modernised and has a contemporary look. There is a wide selection of beers lager and cider but sadly no cask conditioned real ales. There is a nice comfortable seating area. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a Saturday evening when i visited and it was very lively with music and people dancing.
K. Peake★★★★★This was a flashy pub to go drinking at, with a colourful and exciting design! The counter is stylishly presented, staff were friendly and me and my friend had Berry Ciders at leather seating.
