Coffee was ok but when you consider coffee is their main trade you would think it would be better. The milk is invariably too hot which means the milk is not good or the the beans when they get burnt. Please take more time. Having said all that this Costa is not too bad

Really wouldn't recommend this branch at all. Popped in on a Saturday after 9am expecting it to be busy. Was initially happy to see it was quiet, but soon realised why. Firstly, it took a while to get served despite there being no queue because nobody was manning the counter. Not sure if this was because of the drive-thru orders. We put in our usual order of two flat whites and two babyccino hot chocolates. The marshmallows were from a jar with no lid being used and they'd gone all dry. The spoons we were given were not clean. My kids, who can occasionally drink 2 babyccinos in one sitting

Great service food tasty but always have problems where to sit even when it's quiet, tables don't get cleaned over customers plates, cups etc..... cluttering tables people having to move other people's things off tables just to sit down always the same even when plenty of staff on duty still no one comes out to clean tables. Not good at all. Oh and toilets are a disgrace never look like they've been cleaned and never any toilet paper.

Came around half 1 yesterday, The place was a mess, cups and trays all over the tables seems like they had been sat there for a few hours, the manager and two staff members were doing an amazing job to try and accumulate the mess, my coffee and cake was delicious. I suggest more staff to help the exhausted guys out
