Visited Zizzy restaurant recently and unfortunately found an unpleasant piece of connective tissue in my pasta dish, which put me off the meal. The staff handled it professionally, they apologised and removed the dish and starter from the bill without hesitation, which I appreciated. Overall, while the service was good, the food quality on this occasion was disappointing. I hope they improve their quality control in the kitchen.
