Great coffee to start the day and good selection of pastries to go with the coffee. I've tried them all and I loved them all. My recommendations: ham&cheese croissant, borekita, blueberry custard pie, choco muffin, almond croissant and pictachio pain au chocolat. Service is excellent and staff always friendly

Bad, slow service. The staff were rude after mistaking my coffee order and obviously threw my food on their wooden collection tray with attitude. The place itself is quite dirty too - pretty much impossible to find a clean table in there. Will be boycotting from now on and aiming to support small businesses. This is arguably the most expensive (and supposedly best!?) bakery in the UK and you're telling me this is the service/athmosphere you pay for? I think not.. Do better.

Despite Gail’s being a chain, this is the first time I have decided to visit. Upon entry the place was clean and stocked up on goodies. The food I ordered was a cheese twist and sausage roll, both tasted nice. However, the sausage roll had large chunks of rosemary in it which let down the overall food. The waitress who had dirty blonde/blonde hair was very dismissive and appeared as if she did not want to be there. This coffee shop also has none of the basic syrups such as caramel or vanilla but has some other sugar syrups instead. They price the food and drinks at an ‘eat in or eat out’ pric

18th March 2026 The scanning machine did not work properly. I appreciated the staff tried his best to help but failed. This was not the first time that I could not get the cross for rewards. Please check the machine thoroughly. **************************** Joanna, Victoria and the whole team deserved our thanks and appreciation! Excellent bakery with the best service! I am deaf and they help me a lot! I enjoy every morning there!
