I’d like to start this review by complaining about how awkward the 2 security guards at the door made me feel, as soon as I walked in they we glaring at me (bare in mind I was wearing quite a revealing dress as I had just been on a night out). I chose to ignore the two rude security guards and went to the machine to order, the first machine I went to was out of order so I went on another one. After I was finishing up my order of a filet o’fish, side salad and milk I went to pay and the machine said it was out of receipts. Absolutely poor. Food took nearly 20 mins to come out. Took us 5 mins just to find a seat as single people were taking up whole 4 tables with their bags. Many chairs missing from lobby and upstairs was closed. Place was dirty as hell and food tasted like it was a week old. No dips came out either so stood at the counter for 5 mins to get them but no one came to help so i gave up. Prioritised deliverys over in store customers.

Busy breakfast time. Had an issue with the order screen. The guys were pleasant, efficient, and never skipped a beat in sorting it. Bloody good service. An asset to your company

Wouldn't even bother getting breakfast here. Waited 20 minutes for 2 wraps and 1 flatbread. Place was relatively quiet. Staff were slow and didn't even smile.
