We visited Pera in Edinburgh recently and honestly couldn't fault it. The food was delicious - really fresh, full of flavour and you could tell that everything was made with care. We had the Sultans Banquet and what a feast it was. The highlight for us was the large platter of chicken sis, lamb sis, lamb kofte and lamb ribs all cooked to perfection on their BBQ, smoky, juicy and tender - delicious!
