Made a £92 order as delivery , they decide not to toast any of the sandwiches and ruined everyones meal. Ive specifically asked all to be toasted. Bread does not taste fresh at all

Ordered a Philly steak sub for lunch at work today, and I had to search for the meat, it was barely there. The entire sandwich was mushy and totally not eatable. Honestly, it felt like a waste of money. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The man behind the counter was very rude and abrupt. We wanted to make adjustments to the sub as the advertisement behind him stated, he did not honour this. Also when it came to payment, I tried to redeem an offer and it was only then that he told me that the scanner was not working, this should have been mentioned before placing my order. No name tags so I cannot name the employee in question, but I believe some retraining in customer service would be appropriate. Food was okay
