Starbucks has always been our favourite takeaway coffee, but the High Street store was always a bit hit or miss but we’ve noticed a huge change recently – Everything is clean and fresh, the staff are all happy and genuinely engaging, everyone was friendly, looked smart and professional, just what you want from a barista. Lizzie was making our coffees, so I asked her if there had been a change of management and was delighted to find out she is now the Manager (well deserved) so huge thanks to her and team for making the High Street a great Starbucks again. We stopped in by for a latte and some breakfast after arriving in Elgin to pick our car up from the garage. It’s a lovely big cafe on the high street. Plenty of seating and all the usual things you’d expect from Starbucks. However, what made it for me was the staff. They couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly, attentive and efficient. The team are a credit to Starbucks and a credit to Elgin. Makes you proud to be Scottish.

Stopped in for a cold drink whilst in Elgin. The staff were really friendly and polite, and recommended a few drinks to us, which we did purchase. Everything was made quickly and tasted lovely.
