This place is shocking everytime we order breakfast to be delivered they always cancel your order they do not respect their customers at all as this has happened on multiple 95% of our family ordered whi h is a joke as then we have to explain to disabled members of our family that this keeps happening major let down by mc Ds and this has been going on for 2025 to 2026 to long will be contacting head office to have manager removed as they clearly reject customer orders and turning down the royal currency on a daily basis. Every single time when I order from this restaurant (Epsom) the food is not prepared with even minimum care about it. When I pay for something I expect that to be in decent quality. Coke tastes like water! Burgers… looks like someone was throwing ingredients to the box from few meters distance. Not even once my order was fully accurate with what I have ordered. Missed products, different products etc.

This is by far the worst mcdonald's going. They are so slow, I waited 30 minutes for my food only to be told someone else took your food. Half an hour of my time wasted. The manager if you want to call her that or at least the duty manager was so unpleasant and unprofessional just came over a said yeah someone has taken your food.... im like right so what are you going to do? I was offered my meal to be done again but I had already waited 30 minutes for 6 nuggets and some poxy chips. Came in to try the new Double Chocolate Pie. Added in some other snack items as well. If you ordered via the app, you can have the food delivered at your table. If you work for the NHS as well, you can also use a 20% discount coupon found in the app. There are plenty of seat spaces upstairs. I just wonder, because every time I seat upstairs there in the last 2 months or so, there are always very unruly teenage boys and most of the time, girls, running around and shouting.
