It was a delight to find Intoku while walking at Windsor Royal Shopping Mall. I was starving after a 30-hour flight from Australia and finally found a place where I can select from the range of delicious food from the menu that definitely suits my preference. Thank you to the Owner/Manager (apologies, I was so sleepy after the eating and forgot to ask his name). I will definitely come back for another meal before going back to Sydney Australia. In short the food is a hit or miss but what made me leave this review was the dismal service, though I am unsure if the poor service was a one-time off thing just randomly exclusive to my experience. We bought drinks but also asked for tap water as we had spent a while outside exploring Windsor and were parched. Besides the food taking quite a while to come, what was worse was that until the end of the meal, we had not received any tap water despite asking three more times. Not too sure if this was just us as we saw some (but not all) other tables receiving tap water, but it was striking that

I went here with a group of friends for a dinner on a Friday evening. This is in Windsor town centre and it serves halal meat which we appreciated. We enjoyed the sushi platters, food quality and the service were good. Bao buns were yum. Have previously been for breakfast which was also very nice but not sure if they still do breakfast. If you want sushi with friends in Windsor/slough/maidenhead area - would recommend trying Intoku

Food was good & fast service. Situated in the Windsor Royal station. The restaurant was fairly quiet & easy to get a table Sunday lunchtime. The food was very tasty & fairly good value for Windsor as a touristic area. Some of the main dishes are enough for 2 people to share if ordering starters or a couple of dishes. Staff were friendly & open kitchen to see food being prepared. For an idea of prices - Bill for 2 people around £72 for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 fruit juices, small bottle of water, Jasmine tea & a coffee
