love the food which is a shame cause the service is horrendous. marcus who served us was so so rude was trying to get rid of me despite 1 person waiting behind me and someone else serving aswell barely said anything other than cash or card. the girls on the coffee machine were worse. would shout the drinks and if someone didn’t come running to collect it in 2 seconds they’d shout even louder and then whisper amongst themselves. will not come back

Went in for a coffee, accidentally had the most peaceful 40 minutes of my week. Staff were lovely, coffee was perfect, and a breakfast that vanished so fast it should be investigated. ☕🥐

On April 24th, at 10:00 AM, the service was terrible. The person working the cash register was rude, and the person making the coffee seemed unwilling to work. It would be better to love your own work.

I dropped in here for lunch on my way to visit relatives. As with all branches of Pret I have been to, the food was excellent. the service was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here again and would recommend this place to others.
