I've been to this Nando's a number of times before and it's always been fine, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I ordered the Butterfly Chicken and the entire inside of the chicken was pink. When I brought it to the manager's attention, I was told it was "bruised." What concerned me most was the lack of urgency or concern shown, and it didn't seem like anything was going to be done about it until I explicitly asked for it to be replaced. Numerous signs promising fast food, took three quarters of an hour to get ours. To cap it all, my wife wanted the choc-a-lot dessert and after another 10 minutes wait, we were informed they'd sold out. Nice food (eventually), lovely staff, but the slowest fast food we've ever had...

The image says it all I guess. The first image is of a fresh batch and the second one seems to be god only knows how long that’s been sitting on the grill?! When asked it’s not fresh and too try, I was told by the waitress that I have left it for too long? In fact I had to save it to show the meat was served cold and dry. Don’t think it will make any difference. But truly disappointed! As if they run a charity shop and feed the homeless! Let down !
